The Department is consulting on the proposed minimum standards for three new licensing classes Steel structure, Concrete structure and Foundations.
The consultation document was released on 11 September 2009.
This is your opportunity to comment on proposed amendments and additions to the LBP scheme, which include:
- the introduction of the Foundations licensing class and associated assessment fees
- minimum standards of competence for Concrete structure, Steel structure, and Foundations licensing class
- minor amendments to the language of the regulations.
The consultation runs until Friday 09 October 2009.
